SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE, BINDING OR OBLIGATION ON AGENCY By submitting an application to the Broker Athena Insurance and Financial Services you hereby agree that we are under no obligation to process your application in any fashion unless we deem the submission complete and eligible for one of our Indemnity Insurance Carriers. You also also acknowledge that Athena Insurance and Financial Services operates in some States under the Broker name of Steve Valencia. In addition, as Independent Insurance Brokers we are appointed directly with some Indemnity Carriers, with other Indemnity Insurance Companies we use a Managing General Agency / Agent and that this is acceptable to you in our submission process. NO IMPLIED GUARANTEE By utilizing our services you hereby agree that we do not, will not and cannot guarantee you the issuance of a bond or insurance related product. We will use our best efforts to assist you with a bond or insurance product. We cannot guarantee time frames of the issuance or the delivery of a bond either. We utilize submission procedure with some carriers directly online thru agent portals and with others by email or fax. We are dependent upon the cooperation of other individuals and their efforts. As such, you agree that you will hold us harmless for any non-issuance or delay in delivery of your bond instrument. Our goal is to meet your realistic expectation and retain you as a client as well as to gain referrals with quality customer service but we cannot guarantee you that there could not be adverse conditions that are beyond our control. PAYMENT METHODS Upon submission of an application we will attempt to provide you with the best quote possible. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions we relay regarding the bond, we will require signatures and payment in full before we release any bond instrument or before we request issuance of the bond. At your option we can accept any of the following methods of payment: Debit / Credit Card Using Pay Pal - We will sent Pay Pal Invoice for payment Wire Transfer Check (we must have delivery of payment before we request issuance the bond. In some cases we require certified funds. No bond will be process until we receive and process your payment. Make checks payable to Athena Insurance and Financial Services, P.O. Box 390, Pine Grove CA 95665 ALL FEES AND PREMIUM ARE FULLY EARNED Once you have signed and submitted your Indemnity Agreement (IA), Broker fee agreement, if any, and have paid the premium and fees, they are deemed fully earned and there will be no refunds. Fees can include Agency Broker fee, if any, Managing Agency fees, if any and Merchant services fees.
