  • First, our first priority over all other inquires or "New" business or "Prospects" no matter what size, shape or color.. is to assist our "existing" Client first. Why? It just feels like the Ethical things to do... that's why?.  Our feeling is that "they" have supported us, believe in us and depend upon us to help them with their Indemnity and Insurance needs. They have proven to us their Patronage, dedication and we "value" such a relationship.
  • Next, comes "our Client's " referrals. Why? Because "Our Client's" have valued our relationship enough to provide our name as the Agency of their choice and we value their opinion of our services and want to keep that type of relationship whenever possible. We know from experience that when a "warm" referral comes to us for assistance... we do not need to "sell our services" to them.  Our Client has already done that. This means that in a clear majority of cases we are going to Council, Underwrite and Place the business with the referral, thus translating to cost efficiencies.
